Key Features
- PID temperature control tracks the working temperature quickly and supports fast temperature compensation.
- The machine includes self-diagnosis and display/protection for over-temperature, short circuit, open circuit and overload faults.
- A rear fuse holder and grounded metal parts help improve electrical safety.
- Soldering station has a sleep function (which can be turned on or off) for a preset time of 1 to 99 minutes. When no one is in use, the soldering iron is in a quiescent state, and when the preset time is reached, the soldering iron will go to sleep.
- Soldering station has the automatic shutdown function. When the soldering iron enters the dormancy state for 1 to 99 minutes (the time range can be set), the soldering station will automatically shut down and display "–", and the heating will resume after restarting the power supply.
- Soldering station has the card lock function, enter the function parameters to set, the card key must be inserted into the jack, otherwise the parameters cannot be changed. This design is designed to prevent unauthorized operators from changing parameters, thus ensuring that operational efficiency is not affected. With the card lock function, the soldering station provides a higher level of safety and operational control.
- Soldering iron uses 131A ceramic heating core, peak heating, rapid heating, and fast temperature compensation function. Therefore, it is very suitable for the desoldering of various solder joints, especially for the desoldering of large solder joints, rough blocks and miscellaneous difficult solder joints.
- The soldering iron is designed with anti-static protection, to prevent electrostatic damage to sensitive SMD components.
- Using Ferro-alloy Soldering iron seat, durable, avoid burns.

Soldering Iron
The soldering iron transfers heat through the tip to melt solder for soldering and desoldering work.
- Suitable for relatively larger solder joints or pads to provide enough heat for better completion of welding operations.
- For thicker and larger solder joints and pads, you can try replacing the soldering iron tip with a larger contact area or use a hot air gun for welding.
