SAIKE 852D+ Air Pump is a 2 in 1 hot air rework and soldering station using an air pump hot air structure for electronics repair, SMD rework and service benches.

Key Features
- PID temperature control tracks the working temperature quickly and supports fast temperature compensation.
- The machine includes self-diagnosis and display/protection for over-temperature, short circuit, open circuit and overload faults.
- A rear fuse holder and grounded metal parts help improve electrical safety.
- The hot air gun heater uses the skeleton type ceramic heating core, and the the design supports stable operation and longer heater service life.
- hot air gun has the function of delay blowing cold air and automatic cooling. When the hot air gun switch is turned off, the hot air gun will stop heating. If the temperature is too high, the cold air will delay closing. It stops blowing after the temperature drops, thus extending the service life of the hot air gun.
- hot air gun uses the air pump as the air source, the air flow pressure is large, and the silencer box is attached to reduce the noise.
- Soldering iron uses 132A ceramic heating core, stable heating, rapid warming, reduce loss, long service life.
- The soldering iron is designed with anti-static protection, to prevent electrostatic damage to sensitive SMD components. Note: Before using the new machine for the first time, please remove the air pump lock screw at the bottom of the main engine before using it. This is to prevent the air pump from shaking off during transportation, and smashing the internal circuit, so the bottom is locked by the screw, and it needs to be removed when used, so that the air pump can operate normally. Otherwise, the air pump can not vibrate normally, resulting in great noise and damage to the machine.
Component Function Notes
hot air gun
By generating a hot air flow, the solder is heated to a molten state, thus achieving welding, heat shrinkage, removal and other operations.
- Suitable for various kinds of soldering or desoldering work of the electronic components, such as: SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA, SMD, etc. (especially suitable for mobile phone wiring and wiring base sealing-off).
- Can also be used for heat shrinkage, drying, paint removal, adhesion removal, thawing, preheating, glue welding, etc.
Soldering Iron
The soldering iron transfers heat through the tip to melt solder for soldering and desoldering work.
- Suitable for small solder joints or pads, such as thinner, smaller welding materials, no surrounding metal and other heat-absorbing parts.
- For relatively thick and large solder joints and pads, you can try replacing the soldering iron tip with a larger contact area or use a hot air gun for welding.
