- Desoldering Gun part is anti-static design, to prevent electrostatic damage to sensitive SMD components.
- Desoldering Gun has a sleep function (which can be turned on or off) for a preset time of 1 to 99 minutes. When no one is in use, the Desoldering Gun is in a quiescent state, and when the preset time is reached, the Desoldering Gun will go to sleep.
- Desoldering Gun has the automatic shutdown function. When the Desoldering Gun enters the dormancy state for 1 to 30 minutes (the time range can be set), the Desoldering Gun will automatically shut down and display "–", and the heating will resume after restarting the power supply.
- Desoldering Gun has password protection function, enter the function parameters to set, you must enter the password. Only after entering the correct password can you change the function parameters, to prevent the operator from changing and affecting the operation efficiency.
- Using Ferro-alloy Desoldering Gun holder, durable, avoid burns.
- Equipped with a vacuum suction pen, it can be used alternately with the Desoldering Gun through the vacuum suction port to help remove the IC.
Component Function Notes
Desoldering Gun
The heated suction tip melts solder at the joint. The vacuum pump then draws the molten solder into the collection chamber for component desoldering. This tool is often used to repair and assemble electronic equipment, especially where components need to be replaced or circuits repaired. It removes solder quickly and accurately, increasing work efficiency while also protecting circuit boards and other electronic components from damage.
- Suitable for a variety of upright components and other special desoldering, especially suitable for multi-pin through-hole components (such as transformers, LCD screens, digital tubes, integrated chips, pins, etc.) welding.
