Control design, protection and heating logic

Independent module control
The hot air gun, soldering station, preheating station, infrared module and lighting have independent switches and can be used separately or together.
Independent microcontrollers
Each working part uses an independent microcontroller. If one function has a problem, the other modules can remain available for repair work.
PID temperature tracking
Microcomputer PID control tracks actual temperature for the hot air gun, soldering iron and preheating station, supporting fast compensation and stable output.
Protection functions
The system includes self-detection and display protection for over-temperature, short circuit, open circuit and overload conditions.
Hot air handle standby
When the handle is picked up, the hot air gun can enter work state quickly. When returned to the rack, it stops heating, blows cool air and enters standby.
Infrared heating modes
Infrared work can use external sensor temperature control for IC surface temperature, or a no external sensor mode for simpler operation.

Hot air gun
Generates hot airflow to heat solder to a molten state for soldering, desoldering, shrink tubing, drying, paint removal, adhesion removal, thawing, preheating and glue welding.
- Suitable for SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA and SMD work.
- Useful for mobile phone wiring and wiring base removal.
Soldering iron
Transfers heat through the soldering tip to melt solder for electronic component soldering and desoldering.
- Suitable for larger solder joints or pads that need stronger heat support.
- For large joints, use a larger contact-area tip or combine with hot air.
Preheating station
Radiates heat through the heating plate to raise the board area to a suitable temperature before component removal.
