Refund and Return Policy Overview

We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. This refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to provide a full refund or exchange service.

Return Conditions

Your merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and still in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning.

Partial Refund Situations

Partial refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

  • Equipment with significant signs of use.
  • Consumables, accessories, or fluxes that have been opened or used.
  • Damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us.
  • Merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your merchandise and inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

  • Refund Timing: If the refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your account via the original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
  3. Contact your bank as there is usually a processing time for refund issuance.

Special Offer Items

Refund services are not provided for special offer items. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email our customer service and return the merchandise to the specified address.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate equivalent to the return value. The gift certificate will be emailed to you after we receive the returned merchandise.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the giver first and then to you, we will refund the giver.

Return Shipping

Please mail your merchandise to the address we provide. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
